How do I sign up? You can sign up for our Monthly Portfolio Building Creative Briefs by clicking here.

How does payment work for the Creative Briefs? We offer 3 different payment options for the monthly briefs, each are a subscription. You can select from annual payment where you pay for all 12 briefs upfront and are re-billed annually. You can select a quarterly payment option, where you pay for 3 months of briefs at a time, and are automatically billed quarterly (4 times a year). We also have a monthly payment option where you pay each month as you go and will be automatically billed on the same date as your original purchase date each month.

Does the subscription auto-renew?

YES!  Payments are auto-drafted once every 12 months if you’ve opted for an annual payment plan, once every 3 months if you’ve opted for a quarterly plan, or once a month if you’ve opted for a monthly plan.

You only receive new creative briefs while you are an active subscriber.    

Subscription refunds: We do not offer subscription refunds. 

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing date which will be the same day each year (if the annual payment plan was selected), the same day each quarter (if the quarterly payment plan was selected), or the same day each month (if the monthly plan was selected). Refunds are not available once the payment has been processed.

Can I cancel my subscription?  Yes, you are able to cancel at any time but we’re pretty certain you won’t want to! There are currently two very easy methods for you to access your customer hub and update your personal or billing information, review past transactions, or manage your subscriptions.

Method 2 – Access the link in the bottom of your purchase invoice. At the bottom of every receipt is a link that takes you directly to the page to get started updating/editing your details.

Updated card information: When you update your payment information, either before your next recurring payment is processed or due to a failed payment, this new card will be used by our processor when they’re due to charge again. So in the case of a failed rebill – when the processor is due to retry your charge, the new card will be used.

Will the Pricing Change: Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of enrollment. If you cancel your subscription and return in the future, the fees will be subject to the price of the subscription at the time of repurchase.

What if I can’t keep up?  Our monthly briefs were created to help eliminate overwhelm, not add to it! For that reason, each brief is delivered via email and will be waiting for you in your inbox whenever you are ready to access it. So that when life gets busy you can go back and revisit the brief when you have the space for it.
